Credo Reference: This online resource is now available on the Library homepage. Credo provides access to full text subject specific reference titles and also integrates the Library’s online resources into one search.
Ebrary: Don’t forget about the 20,000 academic ebrary ebooks available on the Library website.
Laptops: The Library has 10 laptops available for students. Students may check them out for up to 4 hours a day.
Poetry Reading: This event will take place 10am-11am on 4/24/12 at the Library. All are welcome to join in.
Student, Staff, Faculty Art Show: This show is up until 4/24/12. Thank you to everyone who participated.
James Powers: Artist reception will be held on 5/3/12 at 4:30pm. His oil paintings are not to be missed!
Library Survey: Posted until 4/30/12 at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/55DVX66. The number of participants doubled from last year. Thanks for participating!
Stats: During the fall semester 2011 over 34,000 people walked through the library doors, asked over 2000 questions, and checked out over 3500 materials. This is up over 50% since fall 2008! Thank you for using the Library. Also a big thanks to our terrific team at the Library for continuing to provide quality services during this time of growth.
Coming this summer…Libguides: These research guides are coming soon to the EMCC Library homepage. Faculty will be able to embed them into their learning management system. Stay tuned!

The Library will be holding a poetry reading on April 24th, from 10-11 am in the Karen R. Reilly Maine Reading Room. Everyone is welcome to attend and share your poetry or your favorite poetry or just listen to others. Coffee and refreshments will be served.
